Diane is in private practice where she conducts group analytic psychotherapy groups and offers individual psychotherapy and clinical supervision. Her clinical experience is primarily with adults and young adults who have problems in their relationships, feel stuck, depressed, alienated, isolated, stressed and anxious.

She welcomes referrals from people who are motivated and ready to engage in thinking about their problems, explore their defenses and want to understand themselves more fully in relation to others in order to feel better and more able to cope with the complexities of urban living.

Currently Diane provides group analytic psychotherapy in private practice and clinical supervision for the voluntary sector with clinicians working with asylum seekers and refugees. She is also a painter, and her fine art and art therapy training informs her psychotherapy practice.

Trained over 23 years ago as an art therapist Diane worked in NHS forensic medium secure services with people with complex and enduring mental health problems. Qualifying in group analysis ten years ago Diane has worked in NHS outpatient psychotherapy services, for HMP Service, in voluntary sector specialist women’s service running eating disorder groups, groups for survivors of domestic violence and groups addressing ageing and loss.
